I have uninstalled, used the system file checker (all is well) and after install from the disc and update, it stops working.
When I restart TurboTax, it stops working. I have uninstalled, reinstalled from the disc, and then updated the software manually, restarted and then the software updates the state program. It then stops working when I launch TurboTax. I'm fairly technical and have diligently searched and tried everything I can find on AnswerXchange, I have uninstalled, reinstalled from the disc, the program then automatically updates. Today was the day I set aside to resolve the issue, with no luck whatsoever. TuboTax 2017 Premier stopped working sometime ago, I think it was after the last update.
